Lisa Vratny-Smith has been practicing yoga, mindfulness, and meditation since 1994 and teaching since 2002 and is trained in a wide range of modalities. She began her journey in energy healing in 2001 as a Certified Practitioner of High Touch® Jin Shin and completed her Reiki Master Teacher training in 2021. She also completed her Sound Healing Certification in 2023 adding the vibrational tools of sound healing to her energy healing repertoire. For the past thirty years Lisa has served as a School Social Worker and Sustainable Wellness Coach in Aurora Public Schools integrating her social work and healing practices to support the wellness of staff and students. Lisa is dedicated to facilitating the healing journeys of others by creating spaces and resources for them to find peace and healing.
Michelle Colarelli has always been drawn to the mind, body, spirit connection. She became a Reiki Practitioner in 1999 and a Reiki Master in 2014. As a daily practitioner she integrates Reiki into everything she does. She has studied Eastern healing modalities extensively with certifications as a Yoga Instructor and Ayurvedic Spa Practitioner. She also has specialty certifications in Yoga Nidra, Thai Yoga Massage, and Yoga for Cancer Survivors. She has extensive experience teaching Reiki Restorative Yoga, as well as Astrology. She is currently a faculty member at CU Anschutz Medical Campus and an Instructional Designer at the CU Center for Interprofessional Practice & Education. Michelle values team-based learning, motivation theories, and self-care curriculum. She relishes all contemplative practices and is passionate about guiding others into a state of equanimity.
