  • Yoga

    The practice of yoga helps us to tune in to ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. No need to be flexible or have experience. I will support your journey starting where you are and guiding you to where your want to be.

    *Saturday Morning Yoga classes are offered virtually at 8:30am MT. See schedule to register.

    * Private individual or group yoga sessions, virtual or in person, can be scheduled by emailing Lisa.

  • Reiki

    Energy healing treatments include Reiki and High Touch Jin Shin. These practices work with your body’s own healing power to release energy blockages and create a deep sense of ease.

    Energy healing treatments are offered remotely or in person.

    If you are interested in becoming a Reiki practitioner, Lisa also offers Level 1 & 2 Reiki trainings.

  • Sound Healing

    Sound Healing is an ancient modality that uses the vibration of various instruments to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. Lisa offers individual sound healing sessions a well as small and large group sound baths. Sound healing can also be combined with yoga, meditation, Reiki, and retreats.   • Compassionate Healing Coaching Sessions

    Compassionate Healing Coaching provides participants the opportunity to develop a perspective of lovingkindness in support of their journey to finding balance within themselves. Sessions may include a variety of healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, and sound healing.

  • Meditation

    Meditation allows us to tune into ourselves, increase awareness of our internal and external experience, and create space within us for gentleness and grace. We take it breath by breath, moment by moment, practicing acceptance of what is and letting go of expectations.   • Retreats
