Self-Compassion Meditation Series
Self-compassion is a tool we can all use in moments of difficulty to help shift the critical voice that is so common in our human minds. The series will run for six weeks and each class will include a short reading and a self-compassion focused meditation lasting 15-20 minutes. No meditation experience is necessary.
