Everyday Mindfulness

As I’ve been preparing for my conference presentation next week on Everyday Mindfulness, I am reminded yet again of how simple mindfulness practices can make such a big difference in our sense of well-being and our overall stress and health. I always say that I teach what I need to hear and this is no exception. 😊 Regular brief pauses for breathing, grounding, and releasing tension allow us to down regulate and come back to the present moment. I invite you all to identify at least one time each day when you consistently take an extra moment to pause and engage in a mindfulness practice. Mercury shifted out of retrograde yesterday bringing a reprieve of sorts from its intense introspective and discombobulating energy. There is a Virgo New Moon on Monday bringing opportunities for new beginnings and forward movement, although the energy may still feel a bit sluggish. We can use this new moon energy to shine our light, listen to our intuition, and manifest our dreams with mindfulness and patience. Read more from Forever Conscious.
