Grounding through compassion

On this last day of November I am thinking of my grandmother who would have been 105 today. She was a loving and grounding force in my life whose solid and predictable presence always gave me a place to land when life was chaotic and uncertain. As I wrap up another Mindful Self-Compassion course this fall I am reminded that I have learned to become a loving and grounding force for myself. The practices of lovingkindness meditation and in the moment self-compassion have provided a foundation of resources that I can turn to when life is challenging. I am so grateful to be able to offer these tools to others and hope that you will consider joining me for a course in the future. The registration for the full MSC course starting in January will be live tomorrow and I will update it on the website.

This weekend is the Antares Stargate Portal (Dec 2-4) providing energy for us to connect with our heart chakra and the wisdom we bring to loving ourselves and others. For more insights you can go to Forever Conscious.
