Holding ourselves gently

I hope you have had the opportunity to connect with those you love and care about today. If today has had some difficulty, I hope you are able to offer yourself compassion and hold yourself gently.

I would love for you to join me this weekend for Saturday Morning Yoga as we practice with gratitude and lovingkindness for our bodies.

Last week I shared that my friend and fellow yoga teacher Kate Kelly would be offering her Express Yoga class through my website. As we explored the ins and outs of setting this up, we discovered the implementation was much more than either of us anticipated. So, we reassessed and decided to take a simpler route. Kate will be running her classes from katekelly.yoga and would love to have you join her classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7-7:30. Please check out her website for details.
